Heather Wagner Reed is the Founder & CEO of Juice Consulting, a Austin-based PR and marketing agency that works with a variety of musicians, music non-profits, record labels and entertainment businesses, among many other creative sectors.
Prior to starting Juice in 2007, Heather served as Senior Product Manager for 22 GRAMMY®-winning artist Beyoncé, handling her day-to-day management and global marketing coordination for five years as part of Music World Entertainment in Houston.
Earlier in her career, Heather worked in Europe for companies such as Universal Music in The Netherlands (Mercury Records), Soundartist.com, Disneyland Paris and top-ranked Dutch MBA program, Nyenrode University. This laid a foundation for her learning Dutch and French, and opened opportunities to now work with clients such as the French Music Export Bureau, among other global music organizations. In addition to the Advisory Board of Black Fret, Heather is currently serving in her 11th year as a board member of the Texas Chapter of the Recording Academy (GRAMMY® Association), serves as Vice President of The Adderley School for Performing Arts Board, is on the Advisory Board of The Witliff Collection at Texas State, the Advisory Board of Survive2Thrive, and is a 10 year board member of Grounded in Music.
